The practice behind the membership

Super Health is built around a single, repeatable act: pausing before every glass of water to hold it, breathe, and give thanks or offer praise to a higher power according to your beliefs.

Personal spiritual beliefs

References to blessings, a covenant, or a higher power express spiritual beliefs and personal meaning. They are not scientific claims, promises of divine favor, or guarantees of physical or mental health benefits. Members may interpret the practice through their own beliefs. We do not claim it is the only path to wellbeing or that other practices lack value.

Membership

Membership begins when you complete the questionnaire. Members can access the Super Health water blessing ritual and related member communications, for personal use only.

Membership duration does not predict lifespan. There is no evidence establishing that a year of membership adds years to life, and we make no such promise. No result or timeline for a result is guaranteed.

Wellness disclaimer

Super Health provides general wellness information, not medical care or an individualized hydration prescription. The ritual has not been clinically established to extend life or improve energy, focus, sleep, or athletic performance. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and does not replace advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Consult a qualified professional before changing fluid intake if you have a medical condition or take medication. Follow any prescribed fluid limits; excessive water intake can be harmful. Do not delay medical care or stop a treatment because of this practice.

Acceptable use

Please keep member materials for yourself. Do not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent the protocol as your own. We may suspend memberships used in ways that harm other members or misuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the membership evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the membership means you accept the updated terms.
